I killed the males and my new seeds got taken by homeland security. I have read and hear about regeneration. I understand that actually cutting the buds off will not work. You need to leave some small buds on the plant. However, some of these "small" buds are really smokeable! Can you trim the outside of the bud off or anything? Or do you have to leave it? I really just want to be able to get cuttings so I can clone. Any help appreciated - pictures too! But to be clear - you can't just cut the buds off and leave the fan leaves? That will not work?

No ,you have to leave the smaller buds because if you cut all the buds of it will take way longer to veg new flowering nodes. You have to leave the some of the smaller ones to help reveg them and you cut the upper most part of the main stem so that it stops vertical growth and the energy can be focused on the smaller new growth. KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!

ive taken baby buds of of my plants and reveg them two make more of the plant that i didnt clone and they all got roots on them as you can see in picture
