ok this is just summet iv just had pass through my thoughts because of the relevence in the last thread i was reading.

ok so sum1 who is compleatly paranoid about growing wants to do a mock grow to see if he gets busted or not and he decides that the best plant to be using is HEMP. o.k and so the guys instinct was correct and he did get busted due to sum unknown reason. so the cops arrest the guy , take him to the police station and bail him pending forensics on the cannabiss plants. 3 week later he goes back to the police station to find out that the plants where in fact hemp and not cannabiss.

so does the guy get charged or not.

It depends if hemp is legal to grow in that state/country.

oh so is hemp illegal in some places then. i thought hemp was legal, but i guess it does contain a tiny bit of thc still and maybe the amount grown could determain a charge or not. i guess eitherway if u did get a charge its unlikley that they can charge you with class abc or d cuz hemp is neither over here in uk. i think.

just grow weed. If your that concerned about your situation being unsafe don't grow!

were i`m from if the thc level has to meet a certain requirement before they can charge you. shit weed no charge
