Default nutes for coco in a soil grow

would bcuzz A+B coco be ok to use in a soil grow. i was told that its fine to jse in soil wen i bought it last year. it has been used in a soil grow and there was no apparent problems but as its especially for coco medium i was just wondering if i have anything to worry about shortterm or longterm as i wouldnt want to screw up a decent crop by using it.
