Ok so I am not going to grow with the light of the moon,
but I was wondering,
in my pet supply catalog they sell alot of these lunar lights to create custom nocturnal light, for reef aquariums

in the mag it says

Nocturnal light influences fish, coral, and reef activity just as much as sunlight,

ok maybe a silly question, but has anyone simulated the moon in their indoor grow room and has there been any studies about the impact of this type of thing on marijuana plant growth

Do you understand what makes lunar light? It is just sunlight reflecting off of the moon. I don't see this "lunar light" being to promising.

if lunar light is just a reflection off the moon then it wont work. it needs to be in direct sunlight for the plant to grow.

otherwise, the plant wouldnt get any darkness if u was growing outside.

so no dont think it will work.

In an ideal situation, the dark period for the plant would be 100% darkness. Any light that the plant recieves when its in its dark light cycle is bad, and can promote hermaphroditism. While i dont know if the moon/stars is enough light to cause a hermie, I would assume that if a small light leak in an indoor room can cause one, so could the moon.
