Get the Super Starts kit at a hydro shop. Check out www.planttc.com. Tissue culture is how commercial greenhouses make their clones. The secret to doing tissue culture at home are the preservatives in the kit. Also at www.hydroasis.com and led_grow_master.com.

That is a nice link.. One thing it didn't mention though that can be greatly helpful is working in proximity to a flame like a torch/candle when transferring sterilized tissue to the sterile culture.. The heat created a massive up-flow that helps keep any airborne pathogens from falling/collecting on surfaces nearby.. Ontop of that, a diy Pasteur flask will help prevent infection during the growth phase.. Not that tough to rig something similar up.. I found these practices extremely helpful when I was culturing yeast sources..

Or it can be done with no flame at all and just soaking the instruments in 70% isopropyl alcohol from drug store. I found the rising air in the storage tub could draw in cooler contaminated air from the lower front side across the clean surfaces, and it aviods heat and hot instruments.
