Default Clones (HELP! Save my clones please)

Ok I Have attached a few pictures to show the problem. Heres whats happening please help...... I have taken clones for years myself, sometimes they dont root but when they do I plant them and they take off.. Ive never lost a clone that rooted before. Few weeks ago for the first time I picked up a few clones from a clinic, they were all showing roots I planted them like usual in normal potting soil. None of them showed any veg growth at all but stayed healthy for about 2-3 days then they all began to wilt and yellow so I killed them (also I dug them up and the roots filled out there cups but no growth.) 5 days ago I picked up 2 more and the same thing is happening again. please help me I dont know what to do and I dont want to lose these clones. They are in normal potting soil and just watered with tap water. What Can I Do? Please help.
Also, theyve been under CFL's 24/7.
THe clones were in rockwool, please help, these clones are definately saveable and im not sure they will be in couple more days.

your feeding them tap water wich is probly high ph. So if thats the case thier getting nutrient lock out. Use a cap full of lemon juice per gallon, probly more to lower the ph or if you dont have lemon juice try whit vinegar. a capfull of that per gallon.
Then get yourself a bottle of superthrive and feed at minimal doses every feeding and keep the humidity high.

Yes I would say try to lower the ph in the water and give them 1/4 strength nutes. Let them dry right out between waterings too. You don't want to be watering daily, just when it dries out. Good luck.

Heres what I did..... So I checked soil PH a little over 7... Then I checked water PH which was way to high over 7.5. I added some lemon juice to bring it down to about 6.3. Because I recently watered the plant with the high ph water I didnt want to drench it. So i transplanted carefully to a bigger pot then watered with the new water and a small dose of supethrive. About 5 hours later its sitting in the new pot with a soil ph of about 6.6. Cant tell yet if its on the path to recovery. Two diff cuts i had trouble getting....wish me luck
