Just curious if anyone has tried this to create there own feminized seeds. I know the whole science behind it and some of the plants might herm on you if stressed. Im sure I am going to try it myself just cause it has drawn my interest but im just curious if anyone has tried it themselves

I have not tried it yet but i have done a bunch of reading on it,somewhere down the line its on my to do list.

does this stuff make female plants without possibility of hermies (under optimal conditions)? id hate to flower a plant and not be able to apply the stuff in the last week of flowering and have a male flower pop up out of nowhere.

it will make seeds and will be 50-50 chance female/hermi ratio then you breed again f2 60-40 % ratio fem/herm then breed again and so on.

thats from what i understand correct me if im wrong

yea your right, that is one way. The best way to create feminized seeds in my opinion is the best breeders will/should stress the hell out of a strain with a crazy light schedule(like one week 12/12, one week 20/4,next week 10/14 etc) and any other "environmental triggers" they believe causes cannabis to hermie. Once you find a plant that does not herm on you(it is true, they are out there) but more kind of adjust to the light change, you feminize from that plant with whatever chemical(rather than environment) method you choose, almost like finding a great mother for a breeding project. Those seeds will basically be 100% females with out so much of the genetic trait to hermaphrodite. Basically true feminized seeds in my opinion, not just stressin a plant to herm and then sell the seeds off to make money. But most companies do not know of this method(i doubt that) or simply dont want to take the extra, extra, extra time that it takes. I wish I could remember the guys name who discovered this method back in th 90's

i,ve heard of flowering for 2 long about 10-15 days and that makes the plant a hermi then you dry the whole plant and take all the pollen and use it on aplant what is 2-3 weeks into its flowering the pollenn can be stored for 1-2 mounths

hey thank u guys for the idea,im pretty high on some home grown,well any ways all of u gave me the idea of when i get my flowering light,im goin to veg under the grow and put clones in the flower and stress them for the fun of it and hopefully it herms
