    Default Fresh clones "overwatering" help

    Hello everyone so i took clones from some plants today, but i watered those plants a lot and had some overwatering problems at the afternoon... now they kinda look ok, well i took my clones when the plants had overwatering and now they cant stand for themselves... and im thinking that they wont spend that water now... so... will they make it??     are they rooted? do your cups have holes in the bottom? your soil isnt looking too good.

    These are fresh cuttings. You need to get them under a dome.

    Many people root clones in water alone. The water isn't really the issue as much as the soil. If it stays wet it can get funky. You need something that drains well. Keep them in the shade and they will probably come out of it.

    yeh that looks more like soil than potting compost. if they dont have any roots they need humidity to get water through the leaves - humidity dome. once you've watered the clones you dont need to water them again atleast for 2 weeks as the soil will stay wet under the humidity dome. and dont keep checking the roots. only check after 10days at very least.

    you'll have a lot better luck wth clones using seed starter plugs like rapid rooters or root riot cubes invest in a humidy dome its makes a big diff ur clones wiil root faster i just did 4 blue lemon thai clones they rooted in 7 days clones are easy if u do it right !

    a good rooting compound is a must to all i use is clonex its never failed me
