    I'm getting the Nikon D40 digital slr camera kit with 2 lenses next month. Great camera, with all the extras it's about $800.00. Once I learn to use it I'm going to start to travel more often and take some great pictures. I've always wanted to do that my whole life.

    I just got my canon 20d with an ext. flash, a few is lenes and some other extras. Its only 8.2 pix but it is a kick ass cam.

    Just learn the settings on your camera. Even cheaper digi cams have a close up function. Search online for a manual and read about it.
