Thread: any advice on breeding wanted,why not smoke ure own strain?,jack does

thinking about begining a small selective breeding project in the begining of the year.,.i have an abundancy of genetics around me and i want to further knowledge in the cultivating world.,.i know rollitup has sum knowledgable posters even tho many of my threads have gone sumhow undetected,i still would love tah mix and mingle on the subject.,.,come one come all.,..,.,just wanting tips or personal xperiance.,anything helpful,techniques,ect

First pick a couple of strains that contain like certain traits you like and that wont cancel each other out etc. Then grow some (10 minimum) males from one of the strains and collect pollen from the male that shows the attributes you want ie close internodal development, vigour etc. Then grow some females, 10+ absolute minmum to maturity, taking clones from each along the way. Take notes on all the females growth traits and smoking experience. Once you decide which is the best for you cull the other clones and let the chosen ones go into flower and pollenate. repeat the whole process manny times over to gain a stable strain. My latest strain is BrainBomb. Thc Bomb x Brainstorm. quite stable now after 8 generations of selection.
