Default Cloning from non-healthy momma?

Howdy! This is the original mom but had to commit to flower due to mistake. I moved her back to 24 rejuvenated then backed off to 18hs. She came back great. However, I developed a major thripe problem along the way. I think she got stressed and started turning purple stem and leaf stalks, it was a pretty devastating attack. This strain seems to turn very dark purple/blue when stressed - or maybe it's super healthy hahaha. I'm scouring these forums learning as I go. My question is, she seems green and bushy, growing ok and new foilage seems healthy albeit purple stalk/stems and a random issue with spotty leaves (another post already in MPP.) Should I cut the N or nutes all together, wait a couple weeks and then clone her or is there an underlying issue I need to fix first?? Cheers and beers!

wow never see the dark black spots like that.. i dont know what that is but i still think you should be fine with cloning.

I have seen it before on mine it might be some kind of diseas .If you have any healthy plants keep that one isolated from the others. dose it seem to be gettin worse. The stress could of caused her to become weak. But let her go it might get better mine did.

Alright. That's all I can do at this point. I took some clones, and the highest one is now bleeding that dark blood into the new growth. Cool actually, check it out.

im sure if u take a clone from a desiesed plant they to would arry the watever is wrong with ure plant.,.,i would tryn fix that so u dont carry the mold/or whatever to new grow mediums.,.,but if the new cuts r "sick" then they will take longer to ro0t prob keep enviorment steady and optimal.,.,
