Small Seed Producers

Sorry this is my first post here, but ive lurked quite a bit. Basically I was wondering if its possible from a few seeds of a strain to grow small (under 1ft) plants and then stress them to become hermo. At that point pollinating and flowering them in order to produce a small batch of seeds.

Basically I was wondering if anyone has done this and what their results were?
