Ok So I have Dutch passion White Widow.

All throughout Vegg the plants looked wonderful.
Before I started feeding I noticed a Magnesium deficiency.
Towards the end of Vegg.

Now throught flowering I still have a the same nute problem that I have to combat by adding Epsom salt to every other feeding.

The reason for this question is that the clones that I took are now showing the same problems.

( Clones were taken before problem came to head )

They are in great environment conditions.

But are now showing the MG deficiency in the same time frame as their parent plants, all though I have not feed them yet.

It seems as they have depleted all the nutrients in the soil they exhibit the Mg deficiency 1st.

IDK Im scratching my head with this.

Never gone through nutrient deficiency before especially not carried over with clones.

They are in Fox Farm Happy frog soil.

Any insight would be great Thanks Guys

All plants are different so I don't see any reason why individuals couldn't use more of certain element than another. I've had plenty of nitrohogs but never one hungry for mg.

I had a problem with MG turned out to be a ph problem making MG toxic to the mother after a flush or 2 and a week of 1/2 strength shes was near normal the, salt could be keeping your soils ph a bit low in turn making some stuff unavailable at times and im pretty sure when the soil drys out it gets more acidic, just me 2 cents. hope this helps

There's the problem.

Dutch Passion is one of the worst breeders, and dude, it's not you, its their genetics, they resist nutes and you're going to be unhappy with them.

I just got done with their orange bud and the yield was shit...same problems as you, grew fairly well during veg, mg problem, then once they got flowering they started losing fan leaves like no tomorrow.

My advice would be to chop them down and start over with something else...I still have a bunch of their beans, you can have 'em.

Oh ya, one of them hermed on me too.

yea dude they really do suck. Its not you at all.

if your not going to use those seeds take them and plant them somewhere where they might have a chance to grow and establish a wild weed colony or whatever its called lol

I have never seen a bad batch of seeds as bad as these.
I still have a few.
All the clones are developing the same traits.

I even gave some Clones away and Now my Friends are complaining Why they just started to curl up and show MG deficiencies.

I'll post some pics and see if you guys have ever seen this before.

So I could Grow the Best White Widow out there.

Now The buds forming look PHENOMENAL but all the fan leaves look like shit.

Is there any way for me To Breed this deficiency out?

I have Big Bud, Trainwreck, Silverhaze, and AK47 seeds I could use.

Which genetics would be best to try to breed with my Widow?
