Default To clone or to revege??
Hi all,

I have 3 girls in late flower (1 nearly ready to harvest, the other 2 are about 10-14 days from harvest) and they are showing me some really good traits.

Should I revege them or take some clones for my bubble cloner?

These girls have been outside so I am very leery of reveging because I dont want or need any indoor pest probs...I could easily delouse a clone but an entire plant AND its soil is a much more daunting task.

Thanks in advance.

CK

I understand it that re-vegetating after flowering decreases the potency of the potential clones taken off. I would vote neither; but if I had to choose, I would probably take clones versus trying to revegetate.

Thanks for the reply, I was leaning towards the clones but wanted some confirmation.

Should I treat them as normal clones even though the stem is woody..normally I use the double cut, then a quik scraping of the lower stem, dip in cloning gel then into the bubble cloner with 2 tsp of clonex liquid & RO, then PH'd to 5.8, put the dome on and I'm done?

You understand it wrong. Revegging does not decrease potency at all from either the original plant or clones taken from it. Why would it? I have plants that have been revegged 4 times and they are just as potent as before.

I must have been reading an unworthy source when it was described in this forum. I have been intimately familiar with the forum for the past 9 months, and I do believe I read it somewhere. There are so many threads like this, another is going on right below this one. I can't recall exactly where I read it, but it was on this forum. Sorry
