Question tieng down shoots (LST)
ive been using some twine and screws in the around the top to tie down the main stem, but how do you tie down the shoots. i have some fluffy soil, so nothing will stick good into it..

I use paper clips but that goes into the soil so I don't know. Do you compress the soil a decent amount as to still leave it airy but enough to stick something in?
