h2o2, how do i mix 35% and make it to 3% i cant get my head round it

do i mix 1ml of h2o2 to 11ml of water ?

or you could just buy 3%
but yeah, i think your 1:11 mix would work

ok but i have 35% already. if i dont mix it and use the 35% in my hydro tank. would it be safe to use 5ml to every 10 ltr of water in the tank
