well to start out pinch the main stalk until you hear a pop and then turn your hand 90 degrees and to the same thing and then bend it over sideways and then you do the same with the shoots that come out not the fan leaves and you should be good to grow lol. and when you do it on the main stalk do it kinda low and then go up some and do the same thing but bend it the oposite way and either by a couple hour it should correct itself and be standing back up but not as tall. check out mine .

isn't super cropping just bending the stems between your thumb and index finger?

You technically "break" the outer part of the plant stalk that provides support and then bend it at that point. That way I can cover my 3x3 area with two plants and max out the yield. Bend it to a blank spot!
