what do i supercrop?

Yes you can supercrop more than once and I do it thoughout the growing cycle. Trick is to practice. Hold it at 12 and 6 and then at 3 and 9 and bend it in the direction you want it to "fall".

I'm not very good at it though, always worried that I'm going to snap the branch in half, I've also heard you are suppose to do it before it starts to flower,

If you do it before flower your plant will recover a bit faster but just a bit. You want to do your best to have an even canopy heading into flower and supercropping is just a tool to make it happen.

rockin then i wont have strings holding down my plant any more. Im taking it that it does the same thig as tieing them down. and before you super crop do you want to start trimming nodes, to produce a double stem?????

Yeah the supercropping can have the same effect as LST without the weights but topping is a completely different subject. You would do one or the other but not both. You can supercrop after topping when the two colas develop if needed.

i meant no malice, sorry if it sounds like im messing w/you or being a dick or whatever to you. im realy tired and high myself too so i didnt choose my words very well. its all good bro, lol
