That is exactly what I said, I DO know how to super-crop I learned how in a Hightimes issue from like 10-11 years ago!!!!
By bending the stems, you create more space for your buds to get bigger(DAH!), you could potentially increase your yield by 100%, if you do it right, there is a technique to everything you gotta do it right!! be careful attempting, you could do more damage to the cell walls than you want to, and your buds will droop big time.

But even if you really damage the cell walls things will be all better in a couple of days max. I've seen people drop lights on plant and bust them up good to the point that a limb is half torn off and it still recovers just fine.

so, im still lost.. i understand pinching the main stem, but i dont get pinching the shoots.. im at about 16 days and my shoots are just starting to grow leaves..

I do stems only. If you have a heavy branching stain you can do them later after they join/surpass the canopy.
