should i LST my 4 plants, or SC? i dont have any reflective material up. i do have a 600wat lamp, and they will probably end up being about 24-30" tall. please help?

If light is your limiting factor, you might want to consider SCROG instead of LST or supercropping (both of which will increase the secondary growth, which requires more light to sustain).

well, i have enough light. i have 600 watt MH and HPS. i just dont have any reflective material, so idk if i should just do LST so i can get the most amount of light down onto my plant, or am i still able to SC. which method would produce a bigger yeild? i imagine LST would because all the light would make it to every inch of almost every bud..

The buds don't need light, as photosynthesis takes place in the leaves and not the flowers =)

Anywho, I don't have any experience with supercropping, but LST can significantly increase the number of bud sites (which should, in theory, increase your yield).
