Default LST or SC. (limited light)

i have a 600 watt light but i have no reflective material up. just a open room. i have 4 plants.. would it be wiser to LST? or can i still get away with SC? any suggestions would be cool.

SC... im jus sayin that cuz im all about it... no strings to deal with and SCing causes damage which beefs up ur plant and creates stronger branches for heavey buds... they r the same thing really but i perfer SC

ya but im not sure how big the plant will get if its SC. with LST it just stays in its own pot and doesnt expand to anywere else..
