Question question about moving indoors to outdoors for flower

I was wondering if i could put my girls outside to flower now? I have 13.5 hours of light outside right now and its dropping. my girls have been on 12/12 for 3 days now but i wanna get some others in their place. if i keep them inside will they bud faster oppose to outside?

i put some out recently that were on 12/12 6 weeks. theyre fookin buddin like crazy.sun is free and way better.i love this shit.

its way to cold outside were i live to put anything outside to flower, i would have to move it in and out, so im just stiking to cfls.

how much visible light u got outside right now bluesdad? and doesnt take less time to bud inside?
