leaves pointing without stretch

hey guys, just wondering if anyone has any personal knowledge of why a young plants leaves would point up like in a V-shape but not stretch.

its not the lights, except for the fact that my cfl is in the 5k range not 6k, but its super close and the color is great

Your plant is reaching for the light. If you turn your lights off for an hour or so they will sit back down, but when its on they want to absorb the most light possible. If there is not much stretching it means the light is close enough to keep em from going to far to get what they need. Sounds like your plant is doing great. Good luck.
