I have a Female BLue Hash plant that is about 2 weeks old....Im a noob at all of this, especially when it comes to topping/cloning- never done either yet, but im about to.

Anyways, i'm wondering when the appropriate time to top or fem this plant.

I hear talk about counting nodes, of which I know nothing about...if anyone could also show how or send me a link on how to top, that would be great.

dont top the plant yet, let it get to its 4th to 5th leaf set , or till it reaches 12-14inches then top, remember never top when in flower, top when in veg. good luck

remember u can top more than once if u want smaller bushier plants.

just leave them get to 12-15 inches then top, trust me, i top every grow.!!

you can fim the plant , but not top it yet its tooo short

people r to eager to top , trim, transplant, to much fuss, let the plant get established first, its way to small, let it get to at least 12inches, get a fiew nodes going first. ul just end up stressing her out in the end if u dont stop fussing, im only trying to help not hate ok, good luck.

Yes wait until your 5th node is mostly developed. It also needs good strong roots to rebound well from the stress from topping.
