I believe a node is a node, is a node.

and is the part where your leaves branch off almost symmetrical.

This will be 2 things, the fan leaf itself, and in the future, also, off the stem, very close to that node of the leaf, you will see bud sites as well forming off the node.

\ /
\I/ <------node.

\I/
I <---------node.

I would imagine, yes you could supercrop, and top on the same plant.

Other techniques of interest, try searching for FIM like topping, or "Fuck I Missed"

I would probably lean out the 2 procedures over a week maybe so as to maybe not stress the mama too much at one time.

Im no expert, but I just like typing and duplicating others.

well, i think i know what a node is,

what is so true about it?

how bout a fake node.

Other than a node being a node, you must be referring to the node at wich to cut at. Ive heard to count 4 up, or 4 down. from a particular place on the stem.

Default yeah
A true node is any node that occurs after the first set of cotyledons (the first round set of leaves). so if u are lookin into this for uncle bens toppin for four methode the first true node would be the first set of leaves that actually look like leaves. Hope this helped.

I recently FIM'd some plants, waited about a week, and when the tops looked established (all 9 of them, FIM'ing is rad!) i supercropped a couple of the new tops just to see. It has only been 2 days, but my experience with supercropping has been super...so I think the supercropped tops will go large!
as for the true node thing...i agree that a node is a node
