Default using cloning method to transplant
my buddy was being stoner and while he was doing yard work he took some bagseed and put it in the ground along a fence that gets good sun. dont think he ever thought he would get any plants to grow. 2 seeds did there thing. they happened to be within n inch of each other, and also in easy view to any that drive into the drive way. he wants to move them but they are growing from under a fence, and both plants are rooted together.

could he cut the plant at the bottom of the plant/stem, and "clone" it so he can move it? using rockwool cube and clone solution?
if he dont move it will likely be a ticket to trouble. i would think you could clone it but i am not sure of it.
thx
