Question Sprayed Distilled on Plant Help!!!!

I sprayed one of my plants lightl with distilled water because the fan leafs were rough and then 6 hours later all leafs shriviled up even bud sites and know slowly turning yellow? What happened and what can I do.?

did u spray it on when lights were on it?
