hey sorry if this is a stupid question but does anyone know when you will actually start seeing bud during the flowering stage? thanks

Must have something to do with the strain/genetics/growing conditions etc. Figger an early producing low ryder gonna turn itself to dope in 2 months gonna have to show bud fairly quick I would think. Maybe it take a lot longer for a lanky Sativa. Just guessing of course.

It seems to mee that at about 3-5 weeks you start to see some buds but they really don't fill in till then end..

It does depend on genetics.. The more sativa it is, the longer it will likely take.. Will obviously depend on health/vigor too.. I've seen fairly prounced pistils on hybrids 4 days into 12/12 though..

if your switching your lights from constant 24 hour to 12/12 the sudden dark period will trigger flowering much quicker. you can expect to see most plants sex within a week with this method.
