Some people use it through the whole grow some use it during flowering only I believe its 1 tablespoon per gallon

Molasess is good for the microbiotics and also the buds. So I always put 1tbls per gallon once a week in veg and 2 tbls per gallon per feeding/watering/flush and till harvest, in 12/12.
