Question 3weeks old plants go 5days 12/12!just to show sex!?

is this possible to put the plants[3weeks old], under 12/12 light regime for just 4-7days to view the sex! and after that BACK TO 18/6 light regime to grow the females big!?!? or the plants will go hermie because of that!?!? THANKS

Yes you can sex at 12/12 and then go back to vegging. I would recomend 24/0 to speed the reveg process but, it will still add a couple weeks to your grow.

Just make a clone and flower the clones for a couple of weeks to determine sex. There's no need to flower the mother plant and stress it out.

Just veg until they show preflowers? You won't herm a plant by revegging if you're consistent with your lighting. Inconsistencies are what cause freak pollinations. I just grow them and pull the ones that start sprouting balls. You have to neglect a male for a few days for him to mature all the way to slinging pollen.
