I'll be looking to purchase some new seeds in a couple months for next season's crop. This last winter I grew some nice White Widow but have a hard time keeping from going immune since it's the only strain I have. This year to defeat this problem I'll plant maybe three different kinds. What kinds do you recommend that would grow well indoors,..together (considering different nutrient needs) and of course "get you fucked up"? Anyone have some good success stories?

its all about you myfriend, you will get tons of suggestion on strains you never heard before, go to attitude seedbank and look around, Dutch passion Blueberry is popular, paradise white berry, big buhdda blue cheese, i have a rather large collection of mostly indicas myself, but i will be adding to the arsenal serious seeds white russian, serious ak-47, and sensi seeds original Jack Herer...the jack is a $190 seed pack but a must have, from what i hear the ak and russian are seriously hardcore prodcers, if you have height limitiation like i do i tend to go more indicia dominant

Plant about 5 different strains to get a pretty good variety in your garden, so you don't build up a tolerance as easy. Look into Greenhouse seeds 5 fem packs, it sounds like you'd be interested. As morris said, its all about you. Search around a seed bank, you know what you like and what you are looking for in a plant to grow.

I'd personally pick up some of subcool or elites gear. For my fall grow I'm gonna be getting Mob Boss by Grindhouse Seeds. Sick smoke.

What do you all mean by building tolerance or becoming immune? I've been doing this a while and pardon my ignorance have just never heard anything like that. I have about 5 strains going as my mothers. Fill me in on what you guys mean, I'm always eager to learn what I can.

Tolerance is formed over time to a chemical regularly introduced into the body... You either have to up the dosage/amount to counter tolerance buildup over time - or switch to using a different chemical. Think about commonly prescribed pain-killers, and having to have your dosage increased over time to counteract tolerance buildup.

Same principle with THC/CBD/CBN/etc. Different strains contain different amounts and likely even slightly different chemical properties with those psychoactive chemicals in cannabis.

So basically, smoke a lot of the same bud for awhile and it will get old, the high won't hit as hard, won't last as long and you will have to consume more to gain a noticable effect. Switch up the strains you smoke and the high will be much stronger and prounounced.

This only applies if you are a regular smoker. People who don't smoke often generally won't develop any tolerance.

I though you guys were talking about something relating to the plants building immunities or something crazy like that and it interested me. My bad, I guess that's what you get when you just skim through these threads.
