Hi Panta,

I have been growing in a scrog fasion for a while now and the last time around I found the courage to super crop. Bending that stem without pinching it first can lead to a clean break so keep that in mind.

You want to train them in veg then give them a few days to recover. after a week it will be headed towards the light again so that where you tie down.

I keep a running journal with examples and lots of pictures I think you will be able to pick up the info you need. Check out my LED/400w cabinet grow in mt sig and feel free to coment or ask questions.

yeah, the plant will remain whatever shape you left it in before the transplant, but will change radically in flowering... i personally wouldn't go from a 3g to a 5g pot, I'd go way bigger if 3g is not enough.
you can definetly supercrop in budding, but thats just a little less immediate power goin to the tops of the branches (which could be a good thing to extend the flowering). but you can start training when they are still pretty young in veg, way easier to start early, as the plant's flesh is still maleable.

its gonna be 3g to 7g,and is it ok to super crop and tie the branches in the first 2 weeks and leave it after that, will it affect the flowering time much

pot size - sounds great, 7g pots are gonna be nice!

any training recovered from in veg will (not counting shock) not effect the budding negatively. start tying i'd say when they have been transplanted to a long-term container, aka after they'r not in cups anymore. I personally don't S crop until they are like 1ft + and super healthy. I have no reasoning other than it seems less stressful at that stage.

I usaly supper cropp in thw winter with atleast 10 plants since I grow outdoors to max growth, I train my branches down with small weights or cut coat hangers that pull the branch down a little and straight without it snapping, I'm to scared of snapping a limb lol.
