I smoked some of this a while back, however pot has not been decriminalized or made usable medicinally in my state, so I am asking, PM or otherwise, what is the safest way for me to get a clone? I live near Med approved states but don't really know the policy, like can anyone with a card to buy nug also buy clones? They're usu cheap $12-$25..

In order to legitimately get a clone you need to be a registered patient in the state, which means you need state ID, an address in that state, and a qualifying condition. After that you need a doctors recommendation.

you will need a person in cali that has a card......drive there and get it that way.......GDP is a cali clone only strain

Yea, i would never risk my MMJ rights for someone. I honestly don't know what I would do if I somehow got into trouble and got my MMJ revoked. I guess it would be back to the heavy narcotic pain killers and frequent hospital visits.. Nah, not worth it for me..

nah definitely wasn't asking for someone to buy it for me, i just wanted to know the policy. If you're approved for personal use, you're approved to grow 6 mature/18? to 12"? are personal users only granted growing rights in Cali do other places require caregivers for every patient/do they distinguish the two?

I'm a mmj card holder in Washington State...Co-op or dispensaries are illegal here......you can get the card but you cant get the medicene.
I needed to have the current and the last 2 years of my medical records in order to get a doctors note......Lupus

We are allowed to grow 15 plants....I wanted the Cali strains.... I order them online when a company was offering them....they are no longer in business.

If you have a friend in Cali.... you can use their home address for a card for yourself..... there are alot of doctors in Cali that will give you a card (for a small fee)

Once you have the card in Cali...you can purchase from any store in Cali but they will make you register or show ID

Hopefully Cali will soon pass a law allowing them to sell marijuana to anyone over 21 in the liquor stores Its a bill right now...GO CALI LEED THE WAY
