Dude, I think what you want is your own creation. Not to sell seeds of it right? If so just do your cross, Soe the seeds and pick the one you like best, and clone it. It's yours. What the hell right?

For the record I have nothing against homemade heterozyggous seeds.. Some of the best weed does come from those.. Still though, a strain goes further..

i bet half the stuff we get anyway is going by some name that someone made up and it probably is some totally different strain all together

Problem is that does happen because genetics tend to spread around, and the name often follows it, but alas the actual lineage does not so we end up with mystery 'strains' that I like to name craps shooter because beans from these are like lotto tickets with better than lotto odds
