ok... i just heard that if you smoke a joint with filters... then it could take some of the "high" away. and that they have bad chemicals in them... just wondering

meh.. some people say it takes away the high some say it doesn't... the resin from weed can clog up in front of the filter (which would just cause you to not be able to access the smoke). I've thrown dub in with kreteks (usually djarum blacks) and still gotten high as a kite. But I never fill with weed.. it's always tobacco, weed, tobacco.

Yes, filters can potentially remove some of the cannabinoids in the smoke. If you want to use something as a roach in the end of your joint, use something like Lefties, or make your own from index cards.

lol you never smoke joint with filters, ciggerette filters that is. from what I heard, since i was 12 was that the ingredients that get you high from, thc and different chemicals will get caught in the filter.
Most times we make our own filters out of a strip of thick paper, like a smoke package and roll it up and stick it in the end of a joint. hope that helps, peace

yah, i always use the tear off, paper, roll up filters. you can smoke all the herb, save your fingers/lips, and they dont "filter" anything really, just stops the green from falling out.
