hello everyone,

i would like to start list of different strains and how well they respond to being cloned. please list from your experience in taking clones and any other info that may be helpful.


Breeder-
Strain-
# of clones attempted-
Method of cloning- bubbler, soil etc.
rooting hormone or gel used-
Success rate-
Approx. how many days to see 1/4"- 1/2" of roots-
Rate the strain for cloning- 1 easy, 5 extremly difficult, and 0 no success
How did the mother or doner plant respond to being clipped-

Im in week 2 of cloning & so far this is my report (keep in mind Im a newbi):

Breeder-DJ Short
Strain- Blueberry
# of clones attempted-6
Method of cloning- bubbler, soil etc- 2 in Rockwool & 4 in root riot
rooting hormone or gel used- Clonex rooting gel
Success rate- 0
Approx. how many days to see 1/4"- 1/2" of roots-At the moment no roots at all & some abnormality in 1 RW cube.
Rate the strain for cloning- 1 easy, 5 extremly difficult, and 0 no success - 0
How did the mother or doner plant respond to being clipped- Perfectly fine.

IF ANYONE HAS ANY TIPS OR ADVICE THEN PLEASE SHARE.

i just cloned 30 dutch passion blueberry clones
1" rockwool grodan with the plastic.. slotted seed flat regular seed flat.. clonex rooting hormone ... cut dip immediately, place in soaked cube... olivias cloning solution.. high dome... t 5's
anyway 100% mom recovered very well.. leaves turned some cool colors..

Woke up today to find the clones in root riot have rooted yepeeeeeeeeeee!
Im going to transfer them in the flowering room but I dont want to flower it if itll only grow twice as much in height, I would like for it to grow at least 1 metre. Should I veg a little first or will it grow to approx 1 metre during flowering cycle (by the way the 4 clones will be in a "4 pot atami wilma system" in clay pebbles)?

i would veg them for awhile if you want them 1 meter. mayby veg till about 15-18 inches.
