About how long is ideal to veg for when wanting to lst I will have 4 plants in a
2 1/2 x 4 feet closet any help would be appreciated thanksoh yeah and i'm using soil and a 400watter

if from seed, i would veg for about 3-4 weeks... right after they touch the screen you want to start flowering, keep them under the screen, train them every 2-3 days or when they start to come out of the screen, keep all of the bud sites under the screen until 4 weeks flower, then you should be able to let it go, and you'll have a true screen of green

LST is about like SCROG without a screen...

you would tie the main stalk down so the side branches grow up to look like colas because of the amount of light... you can then do this with the side branches depending on how long you veg...

a screen is just a way to replace all those little strings or whatever you use to tie the plant down...

either way is good shit if you are limited on vertical space... scrog makes a nice canopy though
