Crossing strains

I've used the search function and can't really find a straight answer to this question.


When it comes to making your own seed and crossing two different strains, which plants characteristics will be dominant? The male or female.

It's different for every plant. The only way to tell is to grow out the hybrids.... or maybe if the breeder of the originals has already put it out there. Shantibaba at Mr Nice seeds has said that White Widow's dominance is with the males.
