Default Industrial soil grow going RDWC hydro. Fucking dirt.
the asians up in frisco do houses of gdp and p haze sog ebb flo in rockwool cubes. convinced this is the most efficient hydro method, if youre a lazy ass. I would go this rout if we hadnt constructed these huge fucking beds on casters to run the soil grow.

this is what i proposed to my partner. Shes got confidence in me, its just this shits never been done before sooo my logic will cost us a few thousand or get me a new car.

sprinkler valves ran on a controller open water (grav fed) and air induction corresponding to individual beds. Water fills halfway up the bed, air lines make it bubbly. all plants will veg for 6 weeks ebb flo in rockwool, dropped right into the hydroton pit, prob 3 foot tall super cropped.

whats the most intuitive method for water return? individual pump in each bed? how often to irrigate the hydroton?

call me a newb, ill eat your first born.

That looks like a toilet design sort of.

If you intended to put your resevoir over the level of the plants, you could put a button to flush if it weren't for the problem of gravity already draining it.

(do you have a sense of humor?)

i like the idea of running air lines in the beds, i dont like that your going to leave it sitting in water, even though it will be "bubbling", i think it should flood and drain. along with the extra o2 youll be pumping in there, i think youll be very happy

can you discuss in detail how you plan on running the air lines, pumps, hose, diffusers and other material, i think i would like to try something like that.

We were aiming at the RDWC, without having to plumb 150 buckets and toss our soil beds. the image needs a regulatory res, that is ideally grav fed on a float valve. on further consideration, soil is the shit, and our mentor from NAM, talked us into continueing our organic crop. hydro organic is a mess, and is not so much the shit, so we're going to expand hydro and crank out organic soil nextdoor. check craigslist, those asians are selling 170 of their trays, lights, pumps and 34 cases of rockwool jumbos. Beat me to it and ill eat your first born...
