Anybody use the Reverse & Penetrator,if so to what effect has the useage of these extremely outrageously priced products brought to your grow.

Ive read all the online sales pitch mumbo jumbo & whats spoken about the products online from salesmen,the premise of the products do not match the list of chemicals on the bottle,i tried searching to see if there were some proprity ingredients that could be classified as trade secrets therefore protected under patent laws,i can find none.

I bought the "Reverse" & while reading on it Dutchmasters stresses that it MUST be used in conjunction with another product called "Penetrator" so i bought it also,i got both products from fedex & while reading the contents i still see no ingredient that would be apt to push a plant twords being female,nor to increase the female to male ratio,i also see no ingredients that should work to eleminate any hermraphroditic traights from female plants prone to become hermies.

I grow several strains & one strain (Big Bud) has a tendency to spit out a hermie or two after being in flowering for 60 days or so,if i let the crop go to the point it gives a heavy couch lock buzz then a hermie or 2 are assured,im wanting to control the hermies using Reverse instead of the usual early harvest,only i cant see the stuff doing much of anything from the ingredients listed.

Gimme some feedback folks.

Snake Oil ...

Im pretty much in agreement on the snake oil deal but i wasnt expecting results when i bought the stuff,more like having fun playing with it,every where you read they call it a hormone,the stuff is just a very weak fertilizer going by the listed ingredients.

What has me puzzled is what the other ingerdients are though,if it was just plain looking water i'd toss the shit in the garbage but the product they call Penetrator has an oily feel to it,it looks like anti freeze & even has a taste somewhat reminiscient of old time anti freeze with a sweet metalic taste to it.

The Reverse looks like watered down pruple kool aid & has no taste or smell at all.

Bullshit, reverse kills herms. You can spray at first sine of herm and reapply 10 days later or preventive spray at day 0 of flower and 10 days later.

Thats good to hear but please come with a better reply than "bullshit",im a guy thats spent $60 on the product so obviously i want it to work but i'd like a little more info if you please.

1 Why does it kill hermies.

2 How does it kill hermies.

3 Why are you so sure it kills hermies.

4 What has it done in your grows.

5 How long have you used the product.

What you just posted is exactly what the manufacturer states about the product,please explain in vivid detail your personal experience with the products.

why not just take out ur 1 or 2 hermies and let the rest finish up to get ur wanted high?

Why would it kill hermies?? Its supposed to reverse the hermie. That doesnt make any since.

I still say snake oil, If it has some kinda *special nute* that's a secret it would have a patten..And getting you too buy two of there product is a marketing gimmick any time I see something that claims super this super that I steer clear unless some one I trust tells me about it.


All the dry ferts you see on store shelves you can use for hydro systems. Are they all created equal?l no but if you read the listed micro and macro nutes for any given product you will come up with all the same nutes you buying premixed from a online vendor or your local hydro store. And most have built in ph ajustment for you as well.

Agreed,i bought the stuff mainly out of boredom & just to have fun,im an anti botique kinda guy who has no dilusions about ultra high priced products like fox farm dirt or ferts.

The thing that got me about the product was the constant talk about it having a hormone in it,when i asked questions to suppliers i got vague answers,standard snake oil type responses,on the off chance it contained a hormone protected under a trade secret i bought the proucts,the shit comes with no real instructions or any explaination of its useage or properties,nor does the manufacturer give any info as to how it's supposed to do what they claim,all these unanswered things i was hoping would be answered with the paperwork that should come with such a product,no paperwork or explaination is included.

Im gonna find out if it works,one of the strains i grow (big bud) likes to pop out a hermie or two in flowering.
