i got this in the email today :

does it come with a growlight ballast?? you might be hard pressed to get your hands on one if it doesnt. Does that website sell one?? N basically thats the same thing as using a 1000w dual arc bulb from HTG supply bro, just 100 more watts -- cant make THAT much of a difference, can it??

ok then, how is the 1000w dual arc bulb from HTG compared to 1000w HPS ?
