im sure the feds do that, and maybe local cops if you have medical permit out here u dont need it although it takes 2 weeks to get it.

you dont need citizenship lol thats the best part just come on over get a job do some paperwork and get landed immigracy and your there thats all you need to apply not citizenship i got a few american buddies up here and they love it except they are getting fat from drinking too much beer and smokign too much bubble
