hey guys I found this strain ounce on the net but cant find the net

theres a special name for plants that can grow mate and live over the winter there part of the rudi family but I cant remeber the name was something like papa smoke or some thing this is driving me nuts

that big bad john does look good. but it states that not so common the plant will re-emerge but the seeds will overwinter and grow next year. so if you harvest all the plants and leave no seed behind then it may not come back by itself next year.

i would think for the most part alot of strains seeds will have seeds that will overwinter and regrow if left untouched. but im sure there would be others lets say were grown in conditions where it didnt get very cold for long time and took those seeds to cold location they may not make it through winter.

i have had seeds in the freezer for a year before and still had 90% germ rate.

apparently mint is a herb that already does this.

I would take these claims with a big handful of salt. I'll believe a perennial cannabis strain when I see it--I'm not saying it's not true, but I'll let someone else be the first to pay that kind of money to find out--and most plants are able to propagate themselves in the wild.
