Default Good idea for carbon scrubber

Do you guys think that a carbon scrubber and fan placed inside of a grow box would also help with the smell or would it not make that much of a difference unless its on the exhaust?

I would thinking that some additional stinky odors in the box would get “cleaned” while in there but I just wanted to get some feedback.

let me rephrase this, since no one responded.

Would it help to kill the smell anymore if i were to place a fan with a carbon filter inside the growbox?

Im hoping this would kill some of the odor before it even leaves through the carbon scrubber/exaust fan

yes a carbon filter that is independent of your exhaust system could potentially filter your grow box better. make sure you use a powerful fan.

Man, forget about that and get you one of these! I have one and they are super. I've also got a carbon system but that was a waste of money compared ot this little "toy". 3 in 1 IONIC OZONE AIR PURIFIER CLEANER MACHINE DEVICE - eBay (item 220298475093 end time Oct-29-08 18:00:00 PDT)

Of course it does; I wouldn't recommend it if it didn't. I know it sounds too good to be true, getting a solution for under $20 but I have one and I wouldn't do without it. BTW, it was recommended to me by one of the mods here.

I don't like the idea of spraying chemicals around my plants. Does O3 count as a chemical?

You talking to me Topekoms? If so, I had 12 plants in 12sf in my last grow and it took care of all the odor. It does come with a couple of little scent wafers as a bonus.

Thanks! For $26 shipped I just couldnt believe it worked! I have one on order now and if I need 2 I'm still at 50 bones, not bad. you sir have rep.
