will someone explain and possible show pics for how a scrog works i get the general idea of a screen of some sort used. but everything else im a little confused

I was talking about this earlier in a different thread, you should run a search.

I recommend making a sturdy frame, and attaching some plastic coated wire fencing. It's like 4in x 3in rectangles. It's sturdy so it makes it easier to train the plants to grow in unison.

A scrog is to train out the branches for a more uniform canopy.

The nets don't do as good of a job.
