of all the ways to stress a plant for yield (LST, Lollipoping, screens, etc.) what have you found to add the most weight to your plants?

well, just to note, stressing the plant is actually what you want to avoid. You want to manicure the plant in a "low stress" way of some sort so they fit in your space wellunder your lights. LST refers to "low stress training". I do this for everything I grow, it lets me always be touching the plants and keeping them situated and constantly forming into more productive plants. The point of it is to increase the light that hits the plant lower down.
