how far apart are the plants for this? i was told to give each plant one foot. doing this would it be a sea of green if i had 16 plants with 1 foot per plant?

i have always made it 50 plants a table with 2 1000's ( 8x4) table . Then i wait till the plants just start to touch then flip them over. I have been getting amost 2 per for 8 years
