How hard would it be to make a paper test which would show the chrom's of a plant by just rubbings from a leaf,It would be nice to know male female or herm!!!!!Test tube,water,paper[special paper]Possible,how much ?Its a girl! Anybody makes money off this just send me free strips!!!!

i actually have somebody local who does hormone testing and can tell whether female/male from just 1 leaf, as a seedling even....

got the number from my local hydro shop by the way if u were curious.... you meet a lot of people with the same interests as you there

That would be an interesting idea, i'm not sure if that would work with just paper, you'd probably need a lab or something to that extent..

It would cost a lot to buy, if you think about it.
But appart from that it's quite a good idea.

I have no clue to be honest.... ummm all i know is he gave me little bags to put the leafs in and he said he genetically proves whether its female / male and the 3 things to his advertising are save light, space and something else i lost the card im lookin for it all scrambled but im too high to look further. ill post u up

if your willing to pay 10 bucks to test a leaf to see if its a fem male why not drop 10 one a seed that you know is fem?

Save the $10 and use clones.


Cool idea and all. There was a guy on here a while back that was going to do it. Could be anonymous. Just send the sample and fee and he'd post the results. Don't think it ever took off.
