Question CLONING Question.

had a plant outdoor all season and was messed up by lights turning on at night and shining on the plant. looks like it just revegged a little and never produced any buds but the small leaves have thc on them. is it possible to cut down all the arms and make them into clones? would they root and go into veg? or should the crop just be thrown out?
