I have been messing arround w/ hydroponics, aroponics and was wondering, if I am a legit stoner, who's never been in trouble w/ the law.Also I had gottin my 215 , and wanted to know how i could grow for the cannibis clubs in cali or for the state. Either or would be nice, i would like to turn my hobby into a legitimate job. Any info. or ideas would help

do a search for the clubs in your area and give em a call and talk it out. they arrange things like this but you have to make some bomb bud bro

Collectives buy flowers, hash, oils, edibles, clones, etc from their patients... Once you have a harvest, just let them know and they will buy your product.

Yah i need to git my 215 again, plan on doin it soon just need more $! Do i need somthing else to grow for clubs cuz i know i cant grow more than i need medicly, how can i grow for patients and the club to obtain more plants and not git in trouble. I want to make it my job

i think what people do is have their so-called "patients" make them their primary caregiver. So for every person who makes you their primary caregiver you can grow whatever the county limit is. So for instance I have my med card, my county allows you 6 mature plants and 12 immature plants. For each person that gives me a copy of their license and a signed letter making me their primary caregiver I can grow 6 plants for them. This is about as legal as it gets, there's no real way to ensure you wont get busted by the feds no matter what you do.

The feds can bust you, regardless. Keep good documentation and lay low. It's absolutely possible to make money vending, BUT not if you get busted.

Also, if you speak to a collective operator, he may be able to get you set up growing "under" his caregiver status, of course a contract may be drawn up requiring he gets X amount of X every X days for the next X years.

The first thing to do is get Legal (Rec), Then you want to get some good smoke..
Take some samples to your local disp and let them have it.....Give them your card or # and let them know who you are....1st thing you need to know is that you are not allowed to be paid for this...You have to take donations!!! You are allowed to be compensated for your time and materials..

I as a patient (Got Legal Rec in Feb 0 wnt to my first disp this year and felt like I was ripped off..I went home and got on the web looking into the Laws..Then I relized that as a patient what you can do, and as a Collective what you can do. I formed a small group. I offer this to my patients..

1st. They sign primary care giver form and pro215 confidentiality form, Give copy of I.D. and Copy of Rec.
2nd. I then grow them their legal Doctors prescribed amount..
3rd. When the crop is done they are called and we have a trimming party..When it is dry we take 10% off top then split it, They get their half free..The rest stays in the Collective..
4th. The 10% of all Crops is Donated to SI, Low Income, DIsabled Vets, Aids and Cancer patients.."FREE".
5th. All Medicine that is in the Collective from the 50% splits is donated threw a Delivery service and or vended to the Collectives and Coops we work with (Low Donation).
6th. All money that the Colective recieves will be devided this way.10% to donations, 10% for State taxes,25% towards a fund I am going to start.( Want details P.M. me). That leaves 55% to for the Running of the Collective..45% Being Donated or payed towards taxes.
This is benefiting a few differnt things as well as the Environment which in my honest opinnion is the most important matter facing us today..
So this is what I am forming or at least the foundation of my Pro215 Collective.If you have any questions feel free to ask or if you have any Ideas let me know them, I am open to suggestions and critisism. I am still lacking finances but have networked and built some great relationships, I am doing some vending now and getting ready to do my Collective.By the end of the year I should have a space and be on my way to "True Environmental Freedom"!!!

that's awesome actually. so is this what everyone is going to do with that new law california just adopted where dispensiarys can no longer profit, they just have to go another way and call it donations?
